Animation in Photoshop

I will show you how to make an Animated icon in photoshop. Something like this


First, Crop as many images as you want animated. For this tutorial I did a simple 2 images of Illyria. Copy/Paste all the images onto one canvas and hide every layer but the first image. Then [in photoshop] go Windows > Animation


Now we are going to need to make another frame, highlight the Duplicate flame


Now that you have duplicated a frame, click the next image in your layers palet. Then highlight them, click the timing and choose what you want [I did 0.3 seconds]



Now, click the tween icon in the Animation panel



Highlight all the layers the tween made, adjust the timing on them, I made mine 0.1 Seconds.


And you will get something like this
